Razorpay Policy
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT - How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 4 - PAYMENT
We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for services that have not been delivered as per the agreed scope within the service agreement. To be eligible for a refund, the client must demonstrate that the service provider failed to deliver the specified service components without a valid reason.
2. Notification Period
Clients wishing to request a refund must notify the service provider in writing within 30 days from the date of service delivery or the date when the service was scheduled to be completed, whichever is earlier. The notification must include a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.
​3. Assessment and Processing
Upon receiving a refund request, the service provider will assess the claim based on the service agreement and the evidence provided by the client. The service provider aims to process refund requests within 21 business days after receiving the request.
4. Partial Refunds
If the service has been partially delivered or if certain milestones have been completed, the service provider may offer a partial refund corresponding to the portion of the service not delivered as per the agreement. The calculation of any partial refund will be at the discretion of the service provider, based on the work completed and the costs incurred.
5. Non-refundable Services
Certain services, such as completed consultations, delivered reports, and any other services where the value has already been provided, are non-refundable. The service provider will clearly identify non-refundable services at the time of the service agreement.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. The client may need to provide additional information to process the refund.
7. Cancellation Fees
In cases where a service is canceled by the client for reasons not attributable to the service provider, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply as specified in the service agreement. This fee is to cover the costs incurred by the service provider in preparing and scheduling the agreed services.
